Hovanes Margarian is the Founder and the Lead Trial Attorney at The Margarian Law Firm, a boutique automotive litigation law firm in Los Angeles, California.

Hovanes practices exclusively in Lemon Law (automobile defects litigation), automobile dealer fraud, and related consumer class action cases.

He holds a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Juris Doctor degree from the USC Gould School of Law. Concurrently with attending law school, Hovanes founded a nationwide automobile sales and leasing brokerage which gave him insights into the automotive industry. Hovanes Margarian’s legal achievements include successful recoveries against almost all automobile manufacturers, major dealerships and other corporate giants.

He has a passion for representing consumers – be that in individual automotive defects or fraud cases or massive class actions. Hovanes litigates cases all across California on pure contingency terms, advancing all his time and all litigation costs for the benefit of his clients.
