Vahan Yepremyan is the founder and managing partner of Yepremyan Law Firm.

Vahan Yepremyan has been a trusted legal adviser to a wide range of business clients and entrepreneurs for the past 25 years. His clients range from start-ups to well-established multinational corporations, as well as domestic and foreign companies and individuals.

Specializing in business and corporate law, and business management, his services include setting up companies (LLC/Corporations), negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts, obtaining permits and licenses, business purchase and sale transactions, licensing, and distribution deals, import and export activities, and much more.

Vahan Yepremyan has a diverse academic and professional background. He graduated from UC Berkeley, Magna Cum Laude, and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Southern California, where he served as the Editor of the Executive Board of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. Vahan continued his studies at Harvard Business School, HBX, successfully completing the CORe Program, and has earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Cambridge University, Judge Business School in the United Kingdom. Prior to founding his own firm, Vahan clerked for the White House think thank Economic Strategy Institute, and the US Department of Justice, US Attorney’s Office.
